Some of which, want to start supplying butterflies for weddings. Such individuals will have to attend butterfly farming and breeding workshops presented by the National School of Lepidoptera (NSL). These work shops provide the infrastructure to be applied which will allow the farmers to breed, control their crops and be assisted in marketing their butterflies to the general public. A development plan is constructed for the farmer for the specific location, using its environment and habitat for the breeding of butterflies successfully. This allows the farmer to make a decent return on his investment. The entire program is presented by the NSL. www.nationalsl.co.za
